"Breast cancer is an issue close to the heart."
I saw this today as a motivational message to do something about breast cancer. Are we supposed to be motivated to do more fot those with cancer of the left breast than those of the right?

Let's not footle about. Those people who say dental problems are total bollocks don't know head nor tail of this matter. But you've got to hand it to them in the mixed metaphor stakes. They really cut through to the heart of the matter, and it's skin deep.
